Logistics and the boring.

What about housing?

Housing is pretty simple. We find team housing. Pay the upfront deposit through the company account and deduct housing as the summer is completed. We do have housing bonuses as well. 75k in revenue is $1,000 and 150k in revenue is an extra $2,000 on top of that!

How do I train so I know im ready?

You will train with your team leader at minimum one time per week on top of weekly company wide training before the summer!

Where will we be selling?

Mexico! Just kidding...

Do we knock together?

We do what is called car groups where we ride out to a set neighborhood for the day and split it with our group that rides out with us.

When do we start?

The sooner the better! We typically only knock during the summer so making the most out of our time is important!

What kind of training resources do I have?

As much as is required! We have company wide scripts and will train on them as much as needed. On top of daily morning meetings with the team when you arrive to area!

How does pay work?

Strictly commission based which is to your advantage. The harder you work, the more you get paid!

Sales is the number one skill in business. If you cannot sell, dont bother becoming a business owner.
